Event Venue Rentals

Youth Art Exchange’s Studios at La Fénix and Kapuso are available to rent for events, exhibits, meetings, and more. Located in the Mission and Excelsior neighborhoods, these venues are steps from public transportation hubs and accessible for your event needs.

These spaces are active youth and community arts spaces and generally have artwork on the gallery walls from our programming. Your event rental will support our ability to provide free youth and community programming. Please fill out the below form.

Spaces at La Fénix

At our Mission-based site, we offer a space for events and meetings, hosting attendees in our active art spaces and galleries. There is a shared outdoor courtyard lined with a wall of murals, an outdoor stage, and more.

Access via public transportation: You can travel to La Fénix on public transit using the 14, 14R, 33, and 49 MUNI bus lines, or from the 16th + Mission BART station (less than 1 minute walk from BART). Located between 15th + 16th on Mission

Spaces at Kapuso

  • Flexible open space perfect for meetings, activities, and special events.

  • Corner views of BART and MUNI stations.

YAX Studios at Kapuso @ Balboa Upper Yard: You can travel to KAPUSO on public transit using the 8, 8BX, 28R, 43, 54, 88, 91, 14, 14R, K, M, and J MUNI LINES, or from the balboa park BART station (less than 1 minute walk from BART). Located at San Jose + Geneva.
