Thursday, March 23 | YAX printmakers showcase their new work at the State of California Building! Join us from 5–6:30PM for an artist’s reception at Assemblymember David Chiu’s office: 455 Golden Gate Ave, Suite 14300.

2017 Block Party

Saturday, March 25 | Howth Street Block Party. In collaboration with Lick-Wilmerding High School, Youth Art Exchange presents a block party and movie night, featuring arts activities, live performances, food, kids zone, games, and attractions.

Enjoy a wide array of hands-on arts activities, including: alternative printmaking, clothes customization salon, digital beatmaking, a photobooth, henna station, facepainting, storytelling booth, graffiti art station, balloon animals, t-shirt making, and more! Entertainment includes live music, dance, and theater performances. El Tonayense and Johnny Doughnuts will keep you fed all day long!
