Please join Youth Art Exchange on Saturday, November 2nd from 1-3pm at [x]space to celebrate Día de los Muertos with a family crafting day. Artist Amy Díaz-Infante will lead a workshop in making miniature altars/ofrendas and paper flower making. We will be building a community altar in the space. This Youth Art Exchange workshop is part of our Excelsior Public Art monthly workshop series.
Activities will include:
- Miniature Altar Building (bring a 3x5 or smaller photo of a loved one you want to make an altar/ofrenda for)
- Paper Flower Making
